Payments, Orders, and Shipping

All new orders must be accompanied by a deposit of not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the completed order.  The full balance must be paid when the order has been completed and is ready to ship.  Business and personal checks are accepted.

Once a relationship has been established with our customers regular orders are usually placed by fax.  Fax orders always show the customer name, phone number, item number, metal, size, etc.  Your fax order should show everything that we need to build what you want just the way you want it.  Orders can also be placed by telephone, but sending them by Fax, gets them to us quickly and substantially reduces the chances of errors.  Effective communication is essential for the continuing success of our customers and ourselves.

Fax and/or email attachments also make it  convenient to work with our model makers.  Once a wax model has been made to your order we will send you a photograph for your approval before we begin casting.

We ship throughout the USA using FedEx 2 Day Box exclusively.
